Each shade is hand-spun from solid steel and individually finished, ensuring every piece carries its own unique character. The soft, chalked aqua patina tone is gently worn through in places, revealing hints of darker undercoat and evoking the patina of timeworn dockyard lighting.

Originally created as robust task lighting for factories and workshops, the shade has evolved into a design icon, equally at home in kitchens, dining spaces, cafés, studios and coastal-inspired interiors.
